Well almost one year to the date Arthrex decided it was time to let me go on my own. I have been working under a senior rep for almost a year and on Monday I was told to "go get em"
I got to tell you it is a little strange, making sure 10 times over that I have all the gear I need before the cases where as before, I just showed up! Yea I know that is scary isn't it!!
Keep me in your prayers that the years worth of in depth training comes to mind exactly when I need it.
Did I mention I still need about 6-8 of you guys to switch your gas to Stream for me???

I'll be praying for you and wish we were hooked up to gas to help you out but we are all electric at the Roberts. By the way that's an awesome picture of lightening!
